This Privacy Policy describes how Spendise: Spending Tracker ("we," "our," or "the App"), developed by Hakan Aktürk operating under the brand Keep Simple, handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Collect

Spendise is designed with privacy as a priority. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data from the App.

Local Data Storage

All spending and inflation tracking data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

Purchase History (RevenueCat)

The only data processed through a third-party service is purchase transaction information handled by RevenueCat for in-app purchase management. When you make a purchase within the App, RevenueCat processes the following:

  • Purchase transaction details (product ID, purchase date, receipt data)
  • App Store account identifier (anonymized)
  • Device information (for purchase validation)

How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect personal information, we do not use your data for any purpose. Your spending and tracking data remains entirely on your device for your personal use.

Purchase information processed through RevenueCat is used exclusively to:

  • Validate in-app purchases
  • Restore your Lifetime purchase on other devices

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal information because we do not collect it. The only third-party service we use is:

RevenueCat: Used for in-app purchase management. RevenueCat processes purchase transaction data as described above. RevenueCat is GDPR and CCPA compliant and does not use your data for advertising or other purposes unrelated to purchase management.

Data Security

Your spending and tracking data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms. We implement industry-standard security measures for purchase transaction processing through RevenueCat. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights and Choices

Since all your tracking data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can:

  • Delete the App to remove all locally stored data
  • Clear data within the App's settings (if available)
  • Manage your in-app purchase through your Apple ID settings

For purchase history data processed by RevenueCat, you may contact us to request deletion of your purchase records, though this may affect your ability to restore your Lifetime purchase.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is suitable for all ages.

International Users

If you use the App from outside Turkey, please note that purchase transaction data may be processed in countries where RevenueCat operates. RevenueCat complies with international data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and will be effective immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
